Active Tenancies - Once you have confirmed a tenancy has moved in it will appear here. You will be notified in the ‘Expiring within 90 days’ and “Expiring within 7 days’ on tenancies coming to an end an requiring an action.
Expiring Compliance - Any expiring Gas Safety certificates, EPC’s and EICR certificates will appear here when they are within 30 days of expiring. If a compliance document expires, a new tab will show up 'Expired Compliance' for you attention.
Expired - Any tenancies that have not been renewed or ended before the tenancy end date will show here as expired.
