When creating your tenancy agreement you will have the option after you have selected you template to add any conditions. You will always have the option to add any ‘Blank’ special conditions which allows you to add anything you would like.
You will also be able to add templated conditions here which you can select moving forward to speed up the process and ensure you aren’t adding the same condition manually several times.
